Position: Real Estate Finance Analyst
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate asynchronously with a team of experts in your domain.
Craft real estate analysis tasks involving property database searches, zoning data extraction, and parcel information retrieval.
Develop detailed evaluation rubrics for AI agent performance.
Work independently to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field.
Experience with real estate databases like CoStar, Zillow, MLS systems.
