Financial Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm. The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions, do research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting.

You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the Finance field
• A University Degree in the finance field
• Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forcasts, etc)
• Experience in the real estate or private equity industry
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven track record of handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in project management tools
