Financial Analyst (Cost Accounting)

Responsibilities

• Cost Accounting global hub operation activities including inventory & variance analysis, standard setting, month‑end close, account reconciliations and inventory.
• Ensure that global inventory operations are conducted in line with acceptable financial policies and SOX requirements.
• Provide consulting on inventory processes and policies and address specific business needs from cross‑functional departments, including business initiatives related to inventory.
• Test, document and stabilise new system releases, applications and solutions ensuring compliance with SOX and other applicable accounting practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / MBA or any recognised qualification in Accounting.
• At least 5 years working experience, preferably with exposure in a multi‑national environment / public accounting with good business acumen preferred.
