The Opportunity

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in the Integrated Financial Services (IFS) division. IFS is a fractional accounting and business advisory division. Our group embeds financial professionals directly into client operations, giving businesses the accounting expertise they need, sized to what they require.

The work varies by design. Some days focus on ensuring the accuracy of financial data and reporting. Others involve building forecasts, analyzing performance, and working with clients to understand what their numbers mean and what decisions follow.

This role is designed to build range across accounting, analysis, and advisory services, while developing professionals who can move from technical execution to real client impact.
