What will you be doing?

• Actively participate in the annual budget process and work closely with key stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
• Perform month‑end variance analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and present findings.
• Work with senior leadership to obtain monthly business commentary and prepare presentations for the Board of Directors.
• Lead process improvement projects to automate financial reporting.
• Effectively use ERP systems (NetSuite and Day Care Works) to extract and analyze data.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
