Financial Analyst

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Analyst position is responsible for supporting and progressively leading the company’s financial reporting, month-end close, cash flow management, and financial analysis processes. This role will play a key part in transitioning accounting and reporting activities from an external accounting provider to an internal finance function.

The Financial Analyst will prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis, maintain reconciliations and reporting schedules, and support budgeting and KPI reporting. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on and detail-oriented finance professional who is eager to take ownership, improve processes, and contribute to the growth of the finance function.
