Financial Analyst (Investment Analysis)

Nawy Shares is seeking a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for financial analysis across investment funds as well as financial modeling and reporting for real estate companies within the company. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, solid financial modeling skills, and the ability to produce accurate and insightful financial and investment reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis for investment funds, including performance assessment, return analysis, and evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and update financial models for real estate companies and projects, including feasibility studies, valuation models, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses.
