Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Tatu City's financial operations. Reporting to our Head of Strategy and Business Analysis, the ideal candidate will analyze business opportunities, develop financial models, create management presentations, and support deal execution while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, and communication skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing Business Opportunities:

Assisting in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, development projects, and other opportunities, presenting findings to senior management for approval.

• Developing & Maintaining Financial Models:

Collaborating on creating and maintaining business plans and financial models for real estate developments, including core components such as power, water, and telecoms.
