Financial Analyst

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

• Be the financial consultant and adviser to Country Heads for strategic decisions on where and how to optimize P&L.
• Be the bridge between monitoring YTD monthly P&L by market vs. forecast/budget BP/last year (Opex/Capex/EBITDA), and consolidating for the SEA region.
• Preparation and analysis of management and financial reports.
• Lead the weekly and monthly forecasting and annual budgeting exercise.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting.
• Identify opportunities with business stakeholders to implement cost‑saving initiatives (Marketing, Operations).
• Manpower impact review - when we look at forward NOS forecasts, GM% impacts, costs expenditures from staff recruitment or other items, we have to simulate the impact and then advise how to phase some of these items.
• Be the bridge to communicate with Sams...
