Financial Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in the execution of responsibilities surrounding bank account maintenance, bank relationships, bank fee analysis, relevant control/support tasks & other bank admin areas.



Job Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate with various functions for any issues related to Accounts Payable (AP) Accenture team.

+ Monitor the monthly closing activities for AP.

+ Verifies all fund transfers settlements related to AP & Treasury & Investment transactions (BPI, BDO, CITI, SMBC, SCB, HSBC).

+ Handle review completeness documents required for Vendor set-up in SAP.

+ Handles review of all CWT’s/2307 for releasing (Upon payment & Quarterly)

+ Audit of Purchase Order (PO) prepared by General Services Department (GSD).

+ Handles EFPS filing for all indirect taxes (VAT, EWT, FWT etc.)

+ Monitor status of active corporate cards, assist in any issues encountered, ...
