Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst position is based in Monterrey, Mexico. This role will focus on financial planning, forecasting, and advanced modeling, while providing strategic insights through performance reporting and market research. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and passionate about real estate investment and supporting the growth of our U.S. real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial planning and forecasting
• Advanced modeling for project evaluation and follow-up
• Deep-dive analysis of financial statements (IS, BS, CF)
• Trend and deviation analysis to drive decision-making
• Executive dashboards and performance reporting
• Market research and feasibility studies
• Collaboration with the executive team to support strategic decision making
• Recommend process improvements across Asset Management and operations
• Work closely with Asset Management, Operations, and Development teams <...
