KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting - Build models in Excel or specialized software to project revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
• Investment Analysis - Evaluate stocks, bonds, or other investments for profitability and risk.
• Budgeting & Variance Analysis - Compare actual performance against budgets or forecasts and explain deviations.
• Valuation - Use methods like DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions to estimate company value.
• Reporting - Prepare reports and dashboards for management, investors, or clients summarizing financial performance and key insights.
• Market Research - Study industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic indicators.
