Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst supports capital investment planning, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role provides financial insights to support decision‑making, ensures accurate tracking and evaluation of CAPEX and investment projects, and partners cross‑functionally to drive operational efficiency, cost control, and financial discipline.

• CAPEX management and reporting (30%) – Track, analyze, and report capital expenditure (CAPEX) execution across manufacturing operations; maintain accurate CAPEX databases and ensure alignment with approved budgets; monitor variances between planned and actual spending and communicate insights to stakeholders; support monthly and quarterly reporting related to capital investments.
