Financial Analyst

Description
The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, building models, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• 2–5+ years of financial analysis, FP& A, or related experience

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

• Experience with variance analysis and financial reporting

• Ability to analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)

• Experience with financial systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion, NetSuite, etc.) preferred
