Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and capital planning initiatives.

• Conduct detailed variance analyses to evaluate financial performance against key benchmarks such as budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.

• Assist in creating annual and long-term financial plans at both property and consolidated enterprise levels.

• Prepare executive and board-level financial presentations, dashboards, and business review materials.
