Financial Analyst Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Reinsurance Accounting

• Analyze and validate the booking of reinsurance premiums, expenses, income, and losses.
• Monitor and process reinsurance settlements in compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Ensure timely preparation and issuance of Statements of Account (SOA) to reinsurers.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including reinsurers and brokers.

Regulatory Reporting

• Perform month-end closing activities related to reinsurance transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and supporting documents in compliance with regulatory requirements of government agencies (e.g., Insurance Commission, BSP, PSA, PIRA, and other relevant bodies).
• Act as the finance coordinator for reinsurance-related regulatory submissions, including the preparation of IC Annual Statements.
