Financial Analyst

The FP&A Business Partner/Finance Analyst will serve as a dedicated strategic advisor, combining financial analysis with operational insight to drive planning, forecasting, and performance management. Working closely with one of company's main pillars and its Operations team, the role will enhance financial processes, facilitate intercompany charges, and introduce improved reporting methods to strengthen accuracy and reliability. Acting as the bridge between finance and business units, the FP&A Business Partner will deliver actionable insights, conduct variance analysis, and explain financial outcomes down to the transactional level of detail to ensure full transparency and clarity. The role also aligns OPEX with chargebacks, supports FLR optimization, and ensures decisions are strategically aligned with organizational goals.
