Financial Analyst, Training Investment (Permanent, Full-time)

Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst, Training Investment for a permanent, full‑time role. The analyst coordinates the training investment budget, analysis, reporting, and annual planning process for public post‑secondary institutes and non‑public training providers, and guides funding decisions related to the delivery of trades training. The role works closely with the Trades Inclusion & Access Departments to ensure timely distribution and tracking of payments for community‑based programs, and collaborates with the Finance team on all aspects of funding and forecasting. The analyst also partners with the Strategy & Performance Team to use SkilledTradesBC data in support of training investment decisions and program‑design discussions.
