Financial Analyst

AHS, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting growth initiatives, asset acquisitions, financial modeling, M&A transactions and credit rating management. The ideal candidate will provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, ensure effective capital management, and contribute to the financial performance and growth of the company’s real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• M&A, Investments & Due Diligence Provide analytical support for asset acquisitions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new investment opportunities.
