Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and compliance-driven Financial Assistance Team Leader to manage a team within a UK Financial Collections account. The role involves overseeing mortgage arrears recovery, managing default cases, handling escalations, and ensuring full adherence to collections policies and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership capability, deep knowledge of financial collections (especially mortgage arrears), and hands-on experience in litigation and receivership activities.
