Financial Audit Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Gathers raw data and other documents.
2. Analysis of data and summarizes audit findings.
3. Completes timely audit engagements and submits Audit Reports to the Internal Audit Lead.
4. Performs audits and reviews of company processes and procedures.

Specific Tasks:

1. Creates an initial draft of Bank Reconciliation.
2. Initiates AR Aging Weekly Analysis (Projected Collection vs Actual)
3. Incoming payments checking, validation, and filing. (Takes charge of filing and Custodianship of Delivery Receipts)
4. Local A/P Validation (OP Vouchers and Checks) and SAP accounts reconciliation.
5. Performs other financial-related audits.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or Internal Audit.
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant audit experience. CIA or CPA is an advantage.
