Job description Experience across Minimum 5 bullets points below Chartered Accountant/CPA with 2-4 years of technical accounting experience. Understanding of audit services with mediocre to in-depth knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Experience (Intermediate to advanced level) with any or all of following GAAP standards preferred: ASC 280, 810, 470, 815, 825, 860, ASC 805, 323, 325, 480 preferred. IFRS 10, 9, 3, IAS 28, 32. Exposure on accounting and financial reporting of IPO vehicles like traditional IPOs, REITs, SPACs or De-SPAC projects, business trusts, reverse re-capitalizations etc. Experience with and familiarity with reporting and disclosure requirements applicable to registration statements filed with SEC and Rule 144A offerings.
