Financial Control Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Leader to head our Record to Report (RTR) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting, including period-end close and IFRS reporting packages.
Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and Local GAAP.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of senior managers and professionals.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is required.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational or Big 4 firm.
At least 4 years of leadership experience (managing other managers).
