Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Leader to head our Record to Report (RTR) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting, including period-end close and IFRS reporting packages.
• Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and Local GAAP.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of senior managers and professionals.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is required.
