Financial Controller Analyst

ROLE SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting with statutory and management account reporting of Inspired - Africa
DEPARTMENTAL STRATEGY:
Finance: To deliver accurate financial reporting, generating insight to management on opportunities for efficiencies and improvements ensuring that the finance function is a business partner.
STRATEGIC CONTRIBUTION OF THIS POSITION:
Ensure that Group Financial policies are consistently implemented at head office as well as the schools under review. Ensure that financial records are accurate and management accounts reflect the financial position of the respective schools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist financial controller with monthly preparation of consolidation for Inspired Africa group management accounts, including management commentary for submission to Global head office
Preparation of Inspired Africa group AFS
Key external audit liaison
Preparation of the tax calculations and reporting for Inspired Africa Schools
