This includes delivering insightful reporting, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with growth objectives, driving cost optimisation, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You’ll partner with senior leadership to influence commercial decisions, champion process improvements, and mentor a high-performing finance team. What you'll need to succeed Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with at least 3 years PQE. Proven experience influencing senior leadership as a finance business partner.
