Job Description

Responsibilities
:Own the month-end close and consolidation across the group
Lead Tend’s first external audit end-to-end, compliant with IFRS and public entity standards
Manage statutory reporting and tax compliance obligations including R&D tax incentive
Oversee payroll, AP, AR, treasury, and transactional accounting
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital across a business with meaningful intra-month cash flow swings
Drive more mature and effective use of NetSuite and standardise processes across clinics
Support integration of acquired clinics into Tend’s finance and reporting environment
Lead and develop a growing finance operations team
 Key Skills and Experience Required:
CA qualified with proven experience leading teams in complex operational environments, ideally multi-site
Track record of delivering reliable reporting to tight deadlines
