A high-performing, PE-backed professional services business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller for a planned parental leave cover.

This is a true BAU FC role in a business that’s already in great shape — strong systems, stable team, clean structure. The brief: step in early, take ownership, and keep everything running smoothly.

• Finance function recently built and now operating well
• Medium-sized, straightforward business but always a lot going on in terms of projects, transactions and improvements
• Professional services industry 

The role

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll own end-to-end operational finance, including:

• Month-end close (6-day close), management & Board reporting
• Financial control, statutory accounts and audit (Deloitte)
