We are hiring a hands-on Financial Controller to own daily financial controls, AR discipline, payroll, procurement oversight, and statutory compliance, with clear reporting to the CEO.

This is an operational control role. Candidates who prefer autonomy without structured reporting should not apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Accounts Receivable (Critical) Own end-to-end AR with daily tracking, strict 30/60/90-day escalation, and proactive follow-ups.

· Accounts Payable & Cash Control- Manage AP scheduling, approvals, and daily cash/bank movement awareness.

· Procurement Control- Enforce PO controls, vendor onboarding, and purchasing documentation.

· Payroll & Statutory- Run accurate monthly payroll, CPF submissions, staff claims, and statutory records.

· Compliance & Audit Readiness- Prepare GST filings, maintain schedules, and coordinate audits/tax agents. Ensure records are audit-ready at all times.
