Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and consolidation reports.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Monitor project cash flow, progress billings, retention sums, and claims.
• Ensure effective cash flow planning to support project execution and operational needs.
• Work closely with project teams to track cost-to-complete and project profitability.
