Short Description
Be the financial backbone of Telepatia.
As a Financial Controller, you'll own the company's day-to-day financial operations in Colombia: accounting coordination, payments, billing, collections, tax support, and financial controls.
Your job is to ensure money flows correctly, on time, and with traceability — so founders can focus on scaling the business.

(i) Extreme organization & attention to detail
(ii) Strong ownership of processes & deadlines
(iii) Ability to coordinate multiple external parties (accountants, vendors, banks)
(iv) Bias to action in fast-moving environments
One Requirement: Be reliable (and obsessive about order)
Language Requirements: Spanish (fluent), English (reading/ writing)
