What You’ll Do

Lead day‑to‑day financial operations and reporting

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

Oversee banking relationships, financing, and lender reporting

Support operations with job costing, profitability analysis, and financial insights

Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting visibility

Oversee payroll, benefits, and administrative finance functions

Partner closely with ownership on strategic and operational decision making
