Position: Financial Controller

Location: Suva, Fiji (relocation support shouldered by the employer)

Role Purpose

Manage financial planning, reporting, and compliance for Company’s e-commerce operations, ensuring fiscal health and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support strategic decisions with financial analysis and forecasting.
• Implement internal controls and risk management practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CA preferred).
• 5+ years in financial management or controlling role, ideally in retail / ecommerce.
