W Search & Staffing is exclusively seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller (US IPO Listing) for a rapidly growing Manufacturing companylocated in the Central Region. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the business as it prepares for a US IPO listing. With a focus on financial management, reporting and analysis, you will be an integral part of the company's success during this transformative period.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the finance and accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Oversee the US IPO listing process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support business decision-making.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures.
