Financial Controller

Hartmann Young is partnered with a fast-growing European nutraceutical and functional food manufacturing group based in Duiven to appoint a Financial Controller . EU relocation is available.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in strengthening the financial foundations of a high-growth manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

• Own site-level financial control, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations and reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts, dashboards and KPIs for the Group CFO and Wellma
• Deliver cost, margin and variance analysis across powders, bars and new product launches
• Manage inventory, working capital and cash flow in a manufacturing environment
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable and financial controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning
