Financial Controller - Full-Time

The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known hospital in Manchester; TN and we are looking to hire an experienced and skilled Financial Controller to join its Finance team. Under the direction of the CFO, the Financial Controller is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, preparing journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, supporting financial and administrative audits, and carrying out other assigned accounting duties What Youll Do Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with regulations, GAAP standards, hospital practice, and confidentiality requirements Supervise the Staff accountant & oversee accounting operations, including journal entry, account reconciliation, variance analysis, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting Prepare audit and cost report documentation while ensuring financial data accuracy and integrity Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information Manage depreciation and prepaid schedule, monthly entry, bank reconciliation, a...
