I. About Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is a key leadership position responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations with a focus on high-level accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. A primary requirement for this role is a deep understanding of US Financial Standards, enabling the individual to bridge local financial reporting with US GAAP requirements. This role is essential for organizations operating as shared services, BPOs, or subsidiaries of US-based entities, ensuring that all financial data is “investor-ready” and compliant with international standards.
