Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Finance Plant Manufacturing Controller to lead financial operations at our manufacturing facility. This role will partner closely with plant leadership to drive financial performance, ensure strong cost controls, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced production environment.

What you will do:

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the plant.
• Analyze production costs, variance drivers, and operational performance to provide actionable insights.
• Lead monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory valuation, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Partner with operations leadership to evaluate capital investments, productivity initiatives, and cost‑saving opportunities.
