Strategic & Executive Leadership

• Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO and Board.
• Provide strategic financial input to support business planning, investment decisions, and organizational priorities.
• Drive business performance through insightful analysis, forecasting, and strategic guidance.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee treasury management, cash flow planning, and capital structure.
• Maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the CEO, Board, and external stakeholders.

ERP & Systems Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Business One with full ownership of process design, rollout, and user adoption.
