Financial Controller

Our Client is seeking a Financial Controller / Acting CFO with 
Bursa Malaysia / Singapore Exchange (SGX) and/or Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)
experience. This role will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the group and act as a key finance partner to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
1) Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual
  group consolidation
  across multiple subsidiaries and jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with
  MFRS/IFRS
  .
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of group accounting policies and treatments.

2) Listed Exchange Reporting (Bursa / SGX / ASX)

• Take ownership of
  listed reporting requirements
  for
  Bursa Malaysia / SGX / ASX

• Quarterly and annual financial announcements.
