Job Description
- Manage the preparation of financial statements on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring compliance with MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards) and IFRS.
- Ensure adherence to Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, Securities Commission guidelines, and other relevant local regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual reports, ensuring precise and transparent financial disclosures.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long -term planning activities in coordination with business units.
- Evaluate budget variances and provide insights to assist management in decision -making.
- Prepare financial models to analyze business scenarios, CAPEX, and investment opportunities.
- Develop and sustain a strong internal control environment in accordance with regulatory and SOX requirements.
