About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead and oversee all financial and accounting functions of our healthcare institution.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, revenue optimization (PhilHealth & HMO), and data-driven decision-making to improve hospital operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of BIR requirements (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax)
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits
• Maintain audit-ready financial records
