Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. This role ensures the accuracy of financial information, compliance with regulations, and supports strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AR, AP, GL, payroll, fixed assets).
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
• Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
