Job Title: Financial Controller

Role Overview:

The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. This role serves as the operational backbone of the finance function, translating transactional accuracy into reliable, GAAP-compliant financial statements while supporting management with timely insights.The Controller partners closely with the CFO, leadership team, auditors, and external advisors to support growth, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process

Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and external stakeholders

Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation
