Controller / Bookkeeper (UK & US)

Seventy + Mochi is seeking a highly hands-on, detail-oriented Controller / Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations across our UK and US entities. This role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for maintaining accurate books, executing the full accounting cycle, and ensuring compliance with both UK and US accounting standards.

Role Overview

The Controller / Bookkeeper will own daily accounting execution, including AR/AP, reconciliations, month-end close support, inventory accounting, and compliance coordination.

Core Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Accounting Operations

2. Maintain full general ledger for UK and US entities.

3. Manage accounting systems including Xero and QuickBooks.
4. Ensure proper integration and reconciliation of A2X.
5. Support accurate sales tax setup and reporting through Avalara.
