Financial Controller

MedVA is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Controller / Senior Accountant.

This is more than an accounting role—it's a leadership position critical to our financial health and strategic direction. You will own the entire accounting operations cycle, ensure rigorous financial compliance, and provide insights that drive business decisions. You will directly manage and develop a team of 6 accountants, shaping the future of our finance function.

What You'll Do

• Financial Leadership & Operations: Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
