Job Description

• The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• The controller will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and ensure the organization meets its financial objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with accounting standards
• Prepare and present financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual performance and budgeted figures.
• Work with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets.
