Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Oversee financial accounts by ensuring accurate debtors, creditors, and general ledger.
Oversee the management reporting process.
Oversee the compilation of Annual Financial statements.
Act as liaison with external auditors.
Responsible for payroll input (financial) and accounting, including:
Deductions
UIF
IRP5s
WCA
Ensure tax and other statutory compliance – i.e., Income Tax, VAT, WCA. Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications Diploma in Accounting or NQF equivalent.
Experience
10 to 15 years’ experience in the use of accounting software and spreadsheets, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
Experience handling a range of routine financial activities, such as payroll, billing, and support to accounting clerks and administrators.
Experience managing large volumes of routine financial transactions in payroll and handling associated documents.
