Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is responsible for the overall integrity, accuracy, and governance of the General Ledger, ensuring financial records are complete and reconciled to trial balance level. The role leads the Record to Report (R2R) function, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, while managing a team to deliver timely, accurate, and audit‑ready financial information.

The position plays a key role in financial control, risk management, and business partnering, providing insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• 3‑year Accounting Degree or Diploma (Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial accounting / R2R (with leadership exposure)
• SAP or ERP system experience advantageous
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
