Financial Controller
to join a well-established hospitality group based in Rustenburg.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong hospitality or travel industry experience who understands the operational and financial complexities of a hotel or resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full financial function of the property
• Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and present monthly management reports and financial statements
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and income audit
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure strong internal controls and statutory compliance
• Support operational managers with financial insights and performance analysis
